Tyohaar.net is a multi-vendor marketplace platform operated by Digiyaan Technologies Private Limited, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This page explains how to request deletion of data we hold, including data received through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Email hello@tyohaar.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
• Your name and the business name (if you are a seller)
• The WhatsApp number associated with the data
• Whether you want all data deleted, or only specific data
We verify that the request comes from the owner of the data before acting on it. For customer data held on behalf of a seller, we may confirm the request with that seller, since they are the controller of their own customer records.
We acknowledge the request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Once complete, we confirm by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
For sellers: store profile, product catalogue, uploaded images, customer lists, campaign history, order records, and WhatsApp Business Account connection details held by Tyohaar.net.
For customers: phone number, name, order history, delivery address, and conversation state held by Tyohaar.net on behalf of the seller you ordered from.
Data we receive through the WhatsApp Business Platform — message content, phone numbers, delivery receipts, and conversation state — is used solely to deliver order notifications and campaign messages on behalf of the seller. On deletion, we remove this data from our systems, including conversation state and message logs.
Customers can also stop messages at any time by replying STOPto the seller's WhatsApp number, or request deletion directly in the chat by sending DELETE MY DATA.
We may retain a limited record of transactions where Indian tax or accounting law requires it, and anonymised, non-identifying usage statistics. Retained records cannot be used to identify or contact you.
